thereof) of Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy. Construct a proposal for the
Foundation for Research Science Technology (FoRST) to further investigate
these claims.
- You are creating a 3 year degree program for "Juggling". Construct course descriptions for the courses being offered.
- Plan a trip with the rest of your group to a local (within NZ)
destination of your choice. The trip can last for 1 1/2 weeks, and each
person on the trip will have NZ$1000 total for the trip. In addition to
plotting your trip, you may want to see what events are on in a given area,
and plan where you intend to stay.
- Find all the information you can about group features being added to the
World Wide Web.
- Contruct a report about useful and not-so-useful features that can
be added to the World Wide Web. Provide rationale for each feature.
- Discuss the hierarchy of the SCMS Web pages.
- Plan how to upgrade the Web page ./links.html
- The magazine you work for is writing an article on traditional dances. The editor asks you to gather information on one kind of traditional dancing. She suggests Morris dancing. Obtain some background information for the article.
- You are a researcher for a successful author of detective novels. The next main character is to be an acupuncture expert. Compile a set of background resources explaining acupuncture that the author can use to flesh out the character.
- You have been asked by your Pink Floyd fanclub to find what resources are available on the Interent about this great band. Write up a summary of your findings, which should include URL's to follow.
- You are a school teacher. Create a resource kit on volcanoes. Write a guide to what material is available; where to find it; what uses or applications it could have in the classroom, and what are the possible methods of teaching with the resources.
- Design a project of your own.
